NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of La Pine City Council will conduct a hybrid public
hearing to consider this matter. Details for participating in the public hearing are detailed in the Public Hearing Participation
section.

REQUEST: The applicant
requested a development code text amendment to Article 6 – Special Use Standards, Chapter 15.108 – Special Use Standards – Non- Residential Uses, Section 15.108.020 – Campgrounds and recreational vehicle parks,
subsection B.2, as follows (where
underling is the added language):
Access to the site shall be from an arterial or collector street.,
except that access to the site may be taken from a local street, when:
The local street connects to an arterial or collector street, within 200 feet of the
primary access point;
The local street connection to the arterial or collector street does not pass through any residential zone; and
The local street connection to the arterial or collector street is constructed to City Standards.

PARTICIPATION
Please check the City of La Pine' s website (www.lapine
oregon.gov) or contact the staff planner for information on how to attend the public hearing virtually.
If participation during the hearing by video and
telephone is not possible, the public can provide
testimony in person at 5:30 pm in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 16345 6th St.
All documents and evidence
submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost at La Pine City Hall at 16345 6th St. Seven (7) days prior to the public hearing, a copy of the staff report will be available for
inspection at no cost at City Hall and on the websites listed herein. Copies of all documents,
evidence and the staff report can be purchased at City Hall for (25) cents a page.
The City of La Pine encourages persons with disabilities to
participate in all programs and activities. This event/location is accessible to people with
disabilities. If you need
