proposes additional points of
appropriation under Certificates 68702, 85411, 85415, and 94101. Certificate 68702 allows the use of 0.90 cubic foot per second from two wells in Sec. 5, T18S, R12E, WM for Municipal Use within the service area of the City of Bend. Certificate 85411 allows the use of 676 gallons per minute from a well in Sec. 7, T18S, R12E, WM for Quasi-Municipal Use in Sects. 12 and 13, T18S, R11E, and Sects. 6 and 7, T18S, R12E, WM. Certificate 85415 allows the use of 2.70 cubic foot per second from two wells in Sec. 5, T18S, R12E, WM for Municipal Use within the service area of the City of Bend. Certificate 94101 allows the use of 424 gallons per minute from three wells in Sec. 33, T17S, R12E, WM and Sects. 7 and 16, T18S, R12E, WM for

recommendations for Hawthorne Avenue in the U.S. 97 Parkway Plan and proposes closure of the Hawthorne Access due to safety issues and design considerations for the Hawthorne Overcrossing project. Members of the public are invited to review the plan changes and submit comment by October 31st.
