COMMITTEE MEETING
Two public meetings of the Budget Committee of the Bend Metro Park and Recreation
District, Deschutes County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget and the Capital Improvement Plan for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 will be held at the Bend Park and Recreation District Office at 799 SW Columbia Street in Bend, Oregon. The meeting will also include a virtual option for community
participation. The link will be included in the agenda on the
district website https://www.bend
parksandrec.org/about/board
_meetings/.
The meetings will occur on May 13 at 4:00 pm, and May 15
(tentative) 2025 at 4:00 pm. The purpose of the meetings is to
receive the budget message and to receive comment from the
public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be viewed on or after May 2, 2025 on the District's website at https://www.bendparksandrec.org/finance.
These are public meetings where deliberation of the Budget
Committee will take place. The board welcomes input from
individuals at our public meetings about agenda-related issues. Meeting attendees who wish to speak are asked to submit a
comment card provided at the sign-in table. To provide a public comment virtually, click on the "Raise Hand" option on the Zoom platform. You will be called into the meeting in the order received. Visitors should turn on their
cameras and microphones. All
remarks should be limited to 3 minutes or less and relevant to a topic on the agenda. If there are questions, follow up will occur after the meeting. Thank you for your involvement.
