ODOT is working with the City of Bend on a proposed amendment to the U.S. 97 Parkway Plan. The plan amendment changes
recommendations for Hawthorne Avenue in the U.S. 97 Parkway Plan and proposes closure of the Hawthorne Access due to safety issues and design considerations for the Hawthorne Overcrossing project. Members of the public are invited to review the plan changes and submit comment by October 31st.
