NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Redmond City Council will hold a public hearing on July 8, 2025, 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Redmond City Hall and via digital conference. Any interested person may
appear at the hearing and/or provide testimony through one of the following options:
WRITTEN COMMENTS: Submit written comments
in-person or by mail to the Redmond Community
Development Department at 411 SW 9th St, Redmond, OR 97756, or email
comments to the staff
contact. Written comments must include the project number and be received by July 8, 2025, 12:00 p.m. to be considered.
ORAL COMMENTS: Oral
comments can be provided
in-person or virtually. Those who plan to attend virtually to provide oral comments during the hearing must
pre-register at public
testimony@redmond
oregon.gov before 4:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing. Prior to the hearing,
virtual registrants will be provided with a Zoom link so they can join the meeting by phone to participate and provide testimony.

applicant, and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at a reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for review at no cost seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Failure to raise an issue in person at a hearing or in writing precludes appeal by that person to the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) and failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. The City of Redmond does not
