NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Redmond Urban Area Planning Commission will hold public
hearings on July 9, 2025, 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Redmond City Hall or via digital conference. Interested persons are encouraged to comment through one of the following
options:
WRITTEN COMMENTS: Submit to Kyle Roberts, Planning Director, via email at kyle.roberts@redmond
oregon.gov or mail to City of Redmond Community
Development Department, 411 SW 9th St, Redmond, OR 97756 on or before July 9, 2025, at 12:00 p.m; or
ORAL COMMENTS: Oral comments can be provided in-person or virtually. For those who plan to attend
virtually and want to provide oral comments during the hearings, pre-register at Planredmond@redmond
oregon.gov (must pre-
register before 4:30 p.m. on July 9, 2025). Prior to the hearings, virtual registrants will be provided with a
"GoToMeeting" phone
number from City
Administration so they can join the meeting by phone to participate and provide
testimony.
The Redmond Urban Area
Planning Commission will receive written and oral testimony at this time for the applications
described below. Questions or concerns regarding these
applications should be directed to the staff person listed,
Community Development
Department, City Hall, SW 411 9th St, Redmond, Oregon. Staff reports will be written concerning these projects and will be made available for review at no cost at least 7 days prior to the hearings and copies can be provided at reasonable cost, upon request.
