Notice is hereby given that Yew Avenue Self Storage located at 2305 SW Yew Ave, Redmond OR, 97756, will conduct an online auction of the contents of the following storage unit I24, to satisfy a lien for non-payment of rent and other charges, in accordance with Oregon lien laws.
Unit up for auction: I24
Owner: Oletta Beard
Contents: office chairs, chainsaw, bedframe, gardening tools, electronic hospital bed, wheel barrow, rocking chairs, side table, vacuum, slabs of wood.
All goods are sold "as is." Public sale terms, rules, and regulations will be made available prior to the sale. auction will take place on selfstorageauction.com, and end July 24th. Acceptable payment methods are exact cash, or card.
The defaulted tenant has the right to cure the account and cancel the auction up until payment is received from the winning bidder, unless otherwise stated in state lien laws or facility policy.
